  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Paper filter or cheesecloth
  • Scale

1.  Grind Your Coffee

Grind 100 g of coffee to a coarse ground consistency.

2. Add Coffee Grounds

Add the ground coffee into you container.

3. Add Water

Pour in 400 g of fresh, cold water, ensuring all the grounds are fully saturated.

4. Steep

Cover the container and refrigerate for 12–18 hours.

5. Strain

Pour the cold brew through a fine-mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth or a paper filter.

6. Dilute and Enjoy

Mix 1 part concentrate with 1–2 parts water or milk, serve over ice, and create connections.
